The walls were a lot simpler 5/8″ plywood and 1X2 framing. All wood was Plastisized with “The Mix” before installation. Planning where the bulkhead for the galley and cabinets were going to be, had to be planned ahead, again.
The openings for the entryway lights, marker lights and the doors had to be measured and cut so they do not interfear with the fenders or tires. I built the interior walls while I had the walls on the saw horses. I built in tubes to run the wires to where they had to go.
The inner walls are built out of birch and the frameing holds the walls together. Insulation is placed between all framing and the sheathing is glued and screwed.
All edges are finished with a router so everything is exactly square.
